Registration Forms are for NEW STUDENTS wishing to enroll and for everyone enrolling for the Fall Semester. If you are a CURRENT student who has already enrolled for the semester but want to change your schedule, please click here to complete a Drop/Add Form.

Please turn in forms & payments to the office for processing. Payment for your first month tuition is owed at the time of registration. Future tuition payments will be due at the first class of each month. Feel free to review our studio Policies/Prices & our 2025-2026 Schedule. If you are unable to print the document, paper forms are available in the office upon request.
